Takeover of Osna-Trans

We would like to inform you that we have successfully completed the full acquisition of the long standing Osnabrücker transport company  Osna-Trans GmbH & Co. KG.

Osna-Trans was founded in 1979 in Osnabrück. It all started with road transport to and from Italy with which they have progressed over the years into being a regional market leader. Further development has brought Russia, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Ireland  and the BENELUX countries into their portfolio.

They are also members of the national groupage co-operations CTL &ILN. Since 1995 they run regular traffic to Russia, groupage as well as full loads At the beginning of 2017 they opened the subsidiary OOO Osna-Trans GmbH & Co.KG Vostok in Moscow.

The company title  Osna-Trans GmbH & Co. KG remains as it is, as do the company activities.

Sostmeier and Osna-Trans have had a good working relationship in various areas for many years. Both are privately owned mid-size companies which have their headquarters in Osnabrück  and have different main products which complement one another very well.
